Unless agreed otherwise, I retain the copyright on all the artwork I produce - all rights reserved; this applies to both commissioned and non-commissioned work.

When commissioning artwork from me:

I will agree with you a written statement regarding copyright.

In general this will include an agreement not to reproduce the work you have commissioned other then for promotional materials and websites. You can be sure that any work I produce for you will be unique and that I will not be selling prints or copies.

For Non-Commissioned Artwork:

I will include a written statement regarding copyright.

I make NO guarantees that I will not produce copies or prints of the artwork you have purchased.

For both commissioned and non-commissioned work the copyright can usually be purchased from me.
